Help! I have several medications I have to take in the morning. Every time I take them I get sick. I tried spacing them out and taking them all at once. Nothing is working! Anyone have advice or go through the same thing?

I have quite a few medicines. I take them slowly with my morning shake over about 30 minutes. I have had no problems. But these kind of problems are so individualize,
