AR40 88 Posted November 17, 2014 Ok it's been up and down! But I'm still committed! Been having some cocktails but trying to stay strong... Good luck with your weight loss & your license exam. It will be so worth every painful moment. I'm sure people notice that you have lost weight. I know that my family & friends notice my weight loss. ProudGrammy 8,322 Posted November 17, 2014 (edited) up and down! trying to stay strong...sooo stressed...uggg this is really hard @@AR40 43 lbs down since DOS! sounds like you are doing great with the food glad you are "committed, logging food" it must be hard studying, kids, family but i know you will continue to be a success i think you look great i can tell you must be following all the rules for WLS drinking PLENTY of Water, Protein first etc i would suggest to hold off the cocktails i am sure you are not a whine o don't know how far you are PO?
