I am going to be on 1 meal a day beside the liquids and then the day after thanksgiving I go on full liquids. I'm a little anxious about it also but keeping my eyes on the prize. ngoycoanaya 18 Posted November 21, 2014 I was in transitionfor two weeks up to November 19 and that's when I started my liquid diet I'm on day three and think I'm going crazy the broth helps but there's really no variety that I like, Jello helps better as for the sugar-free ice pops they are okay but it's freezing where I'm at so I'm not really in the mood for ice pops. Going back to the Vitamin shop so to switch up my Protein Powder variety going to go get some fruity flavors and see what else I can't mix with Water and/or milk.
