Elode 8,093 Posted November 16, 2014 (edited) I learned today that I can use my candle warming plate to keep my tiny bowls and plates warm when I eat....since it takes me FOREVER to eat????! Glass not plastic! I also use my heating pad I bought for the hospital and never used. Edited November 16, 2014 by Elode
nprcowboy 533 Posted November 16, 2014 Yeah great advice was to get a cup warmer or similar. I use mine everyday for my broth to keep it warm

KAFallin 26 Posted November 16, 2014 LOVE THIS IDEA!! I was just complaining that I was tired of eating cold broth and Soup...and it's only been 6 days since my surgery so I still have a ways to go!! I'll have to try it!
Beautiful Mess 21 Posted November 16, 2014 I have a mini crockpot that I use several times a week at work. This little thing is amazing and everyone that has seen it has bought one of their own! It plugs into an outlet and will have your food piping hot within an hour. It holds 20 oz. I'm hoping to get as much use from it post surgery as I am now. Go check it out! http://www.crock-pot.com/specialty/for-lunch
