How much time did you take off work?

Recommended Posts

My doctor wanted me to take 2 weeks off but I couldn't, so I returned to work from home on day 5 and in the office on day 6. My energy was a little low but I survived.

I took two weeks off, and am doing fine at work, but get very tired by the post-dinner hour. As long as I can get to sleep at a reasonable hour, I'm ok with getting up and starting it all again. It may also depend on the age(s) of the special needs students you work with, as younger students can be more physically demanding than secondary age students.

I've been told my Dr. will give me 4 weeks off, but I have a coworker friend that just had the sleeve and her Dr. gave her 6 weeks. Different Docs, different rules.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
