I need help!!when picking food, I know we look at Protein but what about carbs?how my carbs should we have in a meal..?

Ask your team for their specific requirements. For me, I'm allowed to have 30-45 carbs per day, 30 or less of fat grams and keep it under 900 calories in a daily.

You may want to download My Fitness Pal or a similar food tracking app to log your food and provide info to take back to your team to show your daily intake. They should be able to help you tweak it.

Same here but they want me between 600 - 800 calories

I have a question I am 3 weeks out! I can't seem to get my Water, Protein, nor nothing that taste good!! I am eating a lot of ice.. I can take a bite or two! I can Soup broth. But my tummy looks swollen.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
