Does this exist?? Thanks in advance for any suggestions! Look for those that say liquid Protein. These are usually Clear liquids that can be mixed with Water or juice. Check with you medical team on sugar and sodium content for allowable beverages.
wnaser@gmail.com 1 Posted November 18, 2014 Hey DizzyLizzie, go into a body building store and ask them for their opinion. You can get some Protein powders that you can add to juices or just with plain Water that taste great. Just ask for a Protein Powder for weight loss. They'll help you out
DizzyLib 45 Posted November 18, 2014 (edited) Thanks guys!!! I've just been recommended "Beneprotein" (by Nestle) by my Dietitian, so will give it a try. If anyone else has a favourite, especially regarding TASTE then please let me know! Edited November 20, 2014 by DizzyLizzie
oorla 0 Posted December 5, 2014 Hi - I am about 6 weeks post op and have been using beneprotein. It was actually impossible to find locally (I do live in a large regional town) so I ordered it online from a pharmacy. With various shakes etc I was really keen for a "no taste" supplement that I could mix into anything
