Babbs 14,681 Posted November 16, 2014 @@Miaoreo I am so surprised I don't see these mentioned more in these threads! I have been buying these for a couple of years now, even before surgery when I would do my low carb thing. They are my "go to" for a quick snack or even for lunch or dinner with some tuna salad, egg salad, etc...they are DELICIOUS, and although some may worry about the carb content, like you said, there's NO WAY I can eat a whole serving! Usually half a serving, so about 10 or so grams of carbs. No worries!
downsizingdiva 459 Posted November 16, 2014 They call a serving 13 crackers/crisps... OMG I couldn't eat 13 if I tried.. anyway 13 crackers is 22 carbs /2 grams Fiber. So that is about 1.5 carbs per cracker. Yeah, but this is a snack not a meal... and 0 sugar, so I think they are the best crunchy cracker thing I have found... better than pretzels/chips/ritz.... you know. thanks! I'm gonna hold of getting them til after surgery. .I would eat way more than a serving now lol...i forget that won't happen later
unsupersizeme 43 Posted November 16, 2014 I do the jack links turkey Jerky snack packs. I love them. I also love a thin slice of turkey wrapped around 1/2 a cheese stick and a pickle spear. Babybel cheese, sliced cucumbers topped with homemade pimento cheese spread. I eat a lot of cheeses and nitrate free all natural lunch meats
sleeversue 93 Posted November 16, 2014 I eat a lot of SF popsicles. I especially like the tropical ones. Power Crunch bars are my go to Protein Bars of choice. I like the Peanut Butter fudge the best and also berry, and chocolate Mint. I also like Philadelphia low fat cream cheese and chive spread on Multigrain Wheat thins. I've tried to stay away from breads, but the dietician wants me to get in some grains and fiber so this is my go to choice.

tamg26k 479 Posted November 16, 2014 @@juliedishman I add chocolate Protein powder (or whatever flavor) to my Decaf coffee. To keep it from clumping I mix once scoop with about 2 oz. of soy milk in my Ninja the night before then pour it into my Keurig coffee in the morning. It's how I start everyday now! jess9395 5,449 Posted November 16, 2014 Step AWAY from the Oreos! Lol...okay I have no issue with anyone eating one (or two) seriously... But if the entered my house I would have a very hard time only eating one (or two). I would eat one (or two) a couple times a day till they were all gone! I admire those of you who can do that!
