Need food ideas !

I was sleeved 9/16/14. Sunday I reached the 20 # loss. Tuesday - had gained 3 1/2. Ugh. I love Taco Bell pintos and cheese and I add taco meat. Just enough portion wise and cheap ! I eat tuna, chicken and blackened catfish. Just joined the gym. Hoping to lose 77 lbs in a year. I wish I had a better testimony like some others. Soon :-). My starting weight was 223. I soon want to get into "one-derland". Praying for great success. Good luck everyone and send me some ideas :-).
