Anyone tried won ton wrappers?

Recommended Posts

Ive been looking at bariatric recipes and have noticed a lot of people replace bread and carbs with won ton wrappers. I've seen them used for tacos, sandwiches and other things. Has anyone tried it! They literally have nothing in them and it's 50 calories for 3 and let's face it, we can hardly eat three of anything. Lol. Pretty much just have only Protein.

Keep us posted. They are on my shopping list for Sunday. I was going to line a few muffin tins with them and add chicken and taco seasoning and a bit of cheese and bake them one night next week. The only problem is I can only eat one and they might not be good the next day. We will see.

I am three months out, I have tried the spaghetti squash and chicken liver filled ones from this web page:

If you refrigerate or freeze left overs mine didn't stay crispy. I put too much garlic in the spaghetti squash ones ( I like a lot of garlic so i put more than called for)

I made pizza with them. One wrapper with four pieces of turkey pepperoni, cheese, and sauce was plenty!

I made two the first time and ended up feeding the other one to my sister.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
