bxnita25 1 Posted November 12, 2014 Hi all! I am both excited and nervous about this journey to a healthier new me. My surgery date was confirmed for Dec 16. I am nervous, anxious, scared and every other emotion you can think of. I haven't shared my surgery information with my job and don't plan on it. I have only told those closest to me who are all supportive. But none of them have ever been heavy and don't understand my concerns. I have been overweight for about 10 years and I'm ready for a change. Anyone else getting sleeved in Dec? Im a little bummed because my birthday is on Christmas Day and it's my 40th but I won't be able to have a drink. I guess there's always next year!
