Day 2 on liquid diet and I'm starving!!! Any suggestions for filling recipes? I have a hard time with Protein Drinks that are milk based as the upset my stomach (lactose intolerance). I purchased almond milk to try but haven't tried it yet.

I haven't started my liquid diet yet but I am also lactose intolerant. As are my kids. The only milk we can drink is Lactaid or the Great Value Lactose free milk at Walmart. Taste wonderful and never hurts our stomachs.

I bought some Atkins drinks that are good if you like coffee drinks.

OH MY CARAMEL it IS my weakness lol. Girl I am going to have to try that for sure. Hope the Lactose free works for you. After drinking it, regular milks taste almost like drinking Water. It hasn't failed us yet in the last 6 years which is a blessing for my kiddos.

These Carmel Atkins drinks have milk but just have to not overdo it. So far one of the best flavored I've found and it isn't as thick as others.
