GreenEyes604 753 Posted November 8, 2014 You need to check with your insurance company first to find out what their requirements are in order to be approved for surgery. JennieTN 4 Posted November 8, 2014 Cab127 I would expect you would have a date, within 1-3 months of meeting your surgeon. They seem to be moving pretty quick right now.
