How do I get a ruler to track my progress on here like I see with others do you have to have had the surgery already to get a ruler and show the progress of weight loss?

I don't see it, I am on Google Chrome should I be under Internet Explorer to see the gear symbol I know what it looks like I just don't see it on my google
