mnmlst 249 Posted November 5, 2014 I bought some at Trader Joe's today, and they're horse pills, and you have to take 3 a day. Unacceptable! Ideas, please and thanks!
tamg26k 479 Posted November 5, 2014 (edited) I switched a few weeks ago to a capsule and they go down easy. I take 2 (they are 250 mg each) 3 times a day. I started a topic on this a few days ago just to get feedback on the absorption of the capsule and was met with mixed responses on this site. After checking with my NUT I was told they were completely acceptable. I just need to make sure I get in 1500 mg a day spaced out in 500 mg doses 3 times a day. I bought them over the counter at Vitamin Shoppe. The brand is Solary. It came in a bottle with 240 capsules. They are really inexpensive to boot! BeagleLover 1,020 Posted November 5, 2014 I take Bariatric Advantage twice a day. They are a pleasant-tasting caramel chewy candy.

JerzyTomato74 91 Posted November 6, 2014 (edited) Are you supposed to be taking solid pills this early? Most instructions are for chewable multi and Calcium. I like the Celebrate brand. I didn't care for Bariatric Advantage chocolate chews but the caramel is good. There are also liquid brand Vitamins like Wellesse I've heard good things about.
