Hi everyone! My name is Shelly and I'm in Ottawa Canada. My surgery is on November 5th.. Things are getting real, quick. On that beloved Optifast 3 week liver shrinking thing so there's that joy. It isn't so bad, but looking forward to incorporating new, tasteful items as the weeks pass.

I'm confused about this app, don't know how to navigate it or pick up from where I left off or view replies to my posts. Notifications don't seem to be working. Halp.. Lol

I started my journey at 377 and not sure where I'm at today. Probably 355 or so.

Anyone close to Ottawa or close my surgery date, I'd love to follow and compare progresses and struggles.

@shellbell79. If you are on your mobile device, in the upper right corner there are lines, click and Subscribe will be an option. Then at any time you can go in the menu and choose Subscribe to go to the posts you would like to follow.

There is also a Search feature in the menu. Type in November, there are a few threads going for all the November Sleevers already if you want to join in.
