cholliman 3 Posted November 3, 2014 I'm officially a week from having RNY. Over the last week I've been on the pre-op diet (protein shake for breakfast/lunch, fruit as Snacks, protein/veggy dinner). Im doing great...that was until I smelled a wonderful yet familar aroma coming from my co-workers office next door, McDonald's fries...OMG! The struggle is REAL! staceylc 3 Posted November 4, 2014 i'm on day 7 of my 2 week pre op diet. i'm only allowed 5 shakes a day, i would kill for real food right now but i keep telling myself that it'll all be worth it in the end! the food smells are the hardest, but you've come this far, just keep headstrong, we're all in this together Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
