kikicoates78 220 Posted November 4, 2014 I would say at this point where we are trying to get enough calories I don't think fat free cheese is needed. We can have string cheese that's not fat free. Healthy fats are a necessary part of proper nutrition, and when something is fat free or reduced fat, it's typically (not always, but typically) loaded with carbs to enhance the flavor.
