rhayla 53 Posted November 2, 2014 I'm getting more and more anxious - am I really ready? Can I even do it? You know, the usual. My husband is nervous, too -they way his experiences have taught him, hospitals are where people go to die. So he's nervous about just having the surgery. My son is fairly oblivious - just realized this afternoon that my surgery is tomorrow. He didn't seem upset or worried at all. We have a big family dinner on Sunday nights, so I'm cooking and will sit with while I sip my last shake. Then I need to pack a small bag for the hospital. And calm myself! Anxiety is not pretty on me!
bobbyswife 862 Posted November 2, 2014 I can't even begin to imagine the anxiety you are feeling. I am still 45 days away from surgery and I'm already a wreck sometimes. When I get nervous I read all the success stories and look at before and after pics. Please keep us posted!
#9grammy 274 Posted November 2, 2014 Congrats and best wishes tomorrow. How old is your son? Mine is 36 and he's oblivious to my surgery also. Pack your Gasx strips and use the pain pump.
