#9grammy 274 Posted November 2, 2014 Don't be stronger than your pain pump, use it as much as you can to be comfortable. Good luck
built2livenotexist 119 Posted November 3, 2014 Best wishes! Here's a tip. Don't be afraid to ask last minute questions and don't be a caregiver while you need care. Which means; don't be embarrassed or ashamed to push that call light and don't apologize for needing help! You'll do great!

Polished Pig 20 Posted November 7, 2014 Hey everyone. I am doing really great today. I was released from the hospital the same day as my surgery. I was able to drink, pee and walk around fairly quickly. Some how I got lucky and my gas pain only lasted a day. Until this morning I was having a lot of trouble drinking. I could easily get it down but it felt weird and uncomfortable when it hit my stomach. This morning I'm drinking hot herbal tea and it feels great. I'm really going to try and focus on getting all my fluids in today. sleeping was a little tough for me the first couple nights because I don't sleep on my back. Last night I was able to sleep on my right side for half the night and that really helped. How is everyone else doing?
