Day 3... calves are rubber

I walked so much yesterday that my calves feel like rubber... myv incisions are starting to itch. Wondering how I can get a shower easily.

Honey said no baths. .. hot shower as soon as he is ready to supervise

Yep, I didn't look at your surgery date. Hot showers it is. Be careful not to get the Water too hot, that tends to drop the blood pressure and then you have a bigger problem.
