And I am below goal, so some of my Snacks are not all protein....mixed nuts with craisins, raw veggies with cheese dip, and guacamole with sea salt bagel chips. If you eat a large egg (the whole egg) it's about 80 calories and 6 grams of Protein Just the white is only 17 calories and 3.5 grams of Protein.
