New Hope 37 Posted October 15, 2004 Good one, Zoe!!! You know, actually since I've lost some weight, I'm getting chilled at times (for the first time in YEARS)! A nice change!
whippledaddy 5 Posted October 15, 2004 You can do it. You will do it. Heck if you weigh yourself every thirty minutes you're probably in Onederland at some point of the day. WooooHooooo You go girl!
Katie328 0 Posted October 15, 2004 Originally posted by Marie3181 I'm 23 years old, damnitt, I deserve some hot years! =) And for real, I was so frustrated in those months after my surgery when I wasn't losing anything. I was convinced the band just wouldn't work for me. And then I got yet another fill and suddenly it was like, holy cow! I'm losing weight! And the more weight I lost, the more I wanted to workout and be active, and that always helps too. So definitely do not be discouraged about being a "slow loser"!! That is so great to hear Marie, I'm 23 too and would love to know what "hot" is like! Also, thanks for sharing you are a great inspiration to me, to know I can get there someday too! Best of luck, hope to talk to you soon! Katie

PamRN 0 Posted October 28, 2004 LOL @ hot but not flashes! Surely we can say them in one sentence and have them mean something sexy... right??? Congratulations Marie, You DO deserve to be young and hot and feeling good, You're really doing great, so what ever you are doing, keep doing it! I'm a slower loser too Kim, I'm down 16 pounds, but seem to be stuck now for the last two weeks. I feel some restriction, and am eating way less, but like you I can eat anything I try as long as I chew well and eat slow... I'm comforted by the idea that it can drop off later too.
