Recommended Posts

6 1/2 weeks post op and the last week or so I am so hungry! I hate this! Anyone have any recommendations?

When I get really peckish, I have a bit of cottage cheese (with pineapple) and I'm all set. The best thing, though, is to eat some Protein every couple of hours so you don't get hungry and you get all your protein in. It's tough until you get into a routine.
