Djmohr 6,965 Posted October 31, 2014 I am 5 weeks out as of Monday and down 35 lbs today. I thought I was do fantastic! That is almost a lb per day which I believe to be on track with where you should be. You have to remember it took years to get to this size, it is going to take some time for it to come off. TheBlissfulNatural 19 Posted October 31, 2014 Same here! 5 weeks post-op and only down 30lbs. I say only because I lost more following the Atkins diet pre surgery for a month. Maybe my expectations are too high.
tamg26k 479 Posted October 31, 2014 I think all of you are doing great! Remember, it's a marathon not a sprint! I'm 3 months post op RNY and each week I think I am doing better and better. (at least in my mind! lol) I am really focused now on healthy eating, getting my Protein, drinking my Water and taking my Vitamins. Best of luck!!
