moonflower91024 0 Posted May 13, 2007 Dr Owen has Coastal Obesity here in So CA. He also has a cash pay using Dr. Quiroz clinic in Tijuana, Mx at the cosmed clinic. Any feedback from anyone? StacieM 0 Posted June 7, 2007 I didn't know that there was a connection to TJ with COC... I first looked into them but at $17000 cash I started looking to MX. I would appreciate any information you or anyone else has on this connection. Do you know if they will do fills here for Mx patients?
