1 month post op

Exactly one month ago today i had the sleeve gasectomy. I am happy to say that I am down 16lbs. It feels good to be able to wear jeans that didn't even fit a month ago. My starting weight was 183 lbs and my goal is to get down to 120 lbs. Starting zumba next week and working out at home. I am determined to get to my goal weight. I hope everyone is doing well.

I am 4 weeks post op also and lost 27 lbs down and have started regular food and I feel the same way after I eat.... it can be anything I eat... I think im going to go back to a bit bland food for a bit and Soups. Not sure if im ready for regular food. I hate the feeling
