niassy151 60 Posted December 31, 2014 I like athleta.com But it's expensive. But I also refuse to wear clothes that doesn't have a skirt covering the crotch. Lol
slvrsax 301 Posted December 31, 2014 Kohl's on line is fantastic for plus size workout clothes. Not in the store so much, but on line. The FILA label is cut generously. Lane Bryant is good for plus size. Fabletics (on line only) is great once you hit about a size 18 - their XXL started fitting me at size 18 - I do not however like fabletics sports bras because they are not terribly supportive. I wear Fabletics pants almost exclusively. Kiava has great sports bras with a cute latice strap design (and the tank tops are cute but cut small), 2XL started fitting me at a size 18 (and I have a large rib cage, I'm 165 lbs and still 38 inches around). LOVE me some Lorna Jane but terribly expensive. I splurged and bought one of their tops for my 1 year pictures. I have not posted my 1 year pics yet because I am not terribly tech savvy! BLERDgirl 6,417 Posted December 31, 2014 Where do you shop for workout gear? I've been wearing the same cotton capris and oversized tees for years now, and I'd like to have something that's actually cute as well as functional for the gym. Any suggestions? Once you get above a size 18/20 pickings get slim. I prefer a little support in my pants and tops. I don't want to jiggle when I am working out. I shop several places; Lane Bryant, Junonia, Old Navy (online only), Just My Size & Hanes com are good for pants & tops. Lane Bryant's sports bras are really nice. Sometimes you can catch deals on 6pm Thanks how are the plus size options at target? I'm only 9 weeks post op, so I need plus sizes, but don't want to spend a lot. Target's plus sizes suck. They used to be pretty decent but for about 2 years now they have been truly ugly. Plus size workout gear about a 16/18 or XXL is non existent.
maria88 11 Posted January 2, 2015 Surprisingly, Walmart has decent workout clothes, I've got several xxl "yoga" pants and I was a size 20w and they fit fine, now that I down to a 18 they're a bit big, but I probly stretched them out. I'm also a huge Macy's shopper and they've got awesome stuff too. But it's pricy unless you've got a coupon or shop their one day sales.
