I am officially 5 weeks out from my Surgery and have lost 35 pounds total. This last week I have been frustrated as I have not lost anything! I am wondering if what I am eating is slowing things down ...I usually have a couple of Greek flavored yogurts a day and Soup a few reduced fat wheat thins with laughing cow reduced fat cheese and a Protein Drink. Anyone else having a slow down ?

I am having the same problem but I have not been eating good. I have to do better with meal planning
