I have had insulin resistance/pcos for years and barely have had periods. I'm down over 50 lbs since my high weight, and 26 lbs since surgery on 9/22. I was spotty about two weeks ago and now started a real period!!!

I had this surgery to have a family someday and I'm hoping this is the start of me ovulating and becoming regular as I lose more weight.

I will have to remember why I had this surgery as I curl up in the fetal position with cramps lol
