So today is my first day on my official preop diet it is going just fine although I thought I was tired before oh man I'm really tired now. I feel like someone put a sleeping pill in everything I drink. I think it is kinda due to lack of carbs but I will get through it and just deal. I hope you ladies are having an easier time then me about it. 3 wks and one day til surgery ugh hurry up December!

I'm on day three!! Doing well. Sleeping so good at night and not too tired otherwise. Down 4lbs from Friday!! That's all the encouragement i need to stay strong and keep going. 19 days until surgery!!

I got a call from the coordinator and she submitted my paper work in yesterday for a January date. Wish me luck and a prayer my way.

I got a voice message this past Thursday that I got approved!! Called in Friday and the coordinator was out of the office for the day. So I get to call tomorrow to set a date, and the awesome part is tomorrow is my birthday. What a great gift!

Yes! Mine is all liquid, I am praying its not as tuff as it sounds lol. But I am so ready for a change I know I will do good ????

My surgery date is Jan 8th and I start my liquid diet on Jan 1st. Was hoping to squeeze surgery in December for insurance purposes but really happy + excited the timing has been working out the way it has. I think I'm close to finalizing my shopping list for post-surgery supplies and plan to shop this weekend as I know going to the grocery store while on a liquid diet will be treacherous conditions for me!!
