nprcowboy 533 Posted October 28, 2014 Good luck. I started mine 5 days ago. What's your diet consist of? I get 2 Protein Shakes, Breakfast and lunch. A snack of 1 Protein serving and 1 fruit or starch serving (not much per serving) 1 oz is a serving of protein. And dinner is 4 servings of protein and 1 serving each of vegetables and one fruit like half a banana.< /p> Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
txgirl82 18 Posted October 28, 2014 Thanks...mine is 1200 calories 3 Protein Shakes , 2 Protein Bars, 5oz of lean meat n 2 cups of non starchy veggies. Which the meal it's self seams like alot.
