Started Preop Diet

I started my preop diet today. It's going pretty good. The next two weeks are going to fly by. Can't wait to be on the losers bench.

Good luck. I started mine 5 days ago. What's your diet consist of? I get 2 Protein Shakes, Breakfast and lunch. A snack of 1 Protein serving and 1 fruit or starch serving (not much per serving) 1 oz is a serving of protein. And dinner is 4 servings of protein and 1 serving each of vegetables and one fruit like half a banana.< /p>

Yeah I'm using myfitnesspal to track and looks like mines around 800 to 900 calories. Been a little tough but I'm surviving

The good news is the pre-op gets easier the longer you are on it AND you are gonna lose a good bit of weight from it! Congrats!
