buffalogal 52 Posted October 27, 2014 I'm two years out, and have held steady, but gained 10 pounds these last few months. I would be happy to lose some more, or just stay were I am. I don't eat exactly the way my surgeon originally told me to, lots of Protein. I feel like I'm sort of confused on what I should be doing at this point. Is there anyone out there who has done Weight Watchers after a sleeve? What are people doing that is working for them? I know exercise is the one thing I need to get going on. katieboo 25 Posted October 27, 2014 hi I a just about 2 years out. I have not reached my goal, I have not gained, and I have had long periods of not loosing. but I have recently gone back on "my fitness pal". I find it inspiring. I am on the computer a lot so it is easy for me to plug in what I am eating, and I have a set work out schedule, I enter that also. it is very user friendly and a great tool. great amount of useful info, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to lose and improve their health. you will always know "why" you are not losing, in clear helpful way, good luck
Oregondaisy 2,021 Posted October 27, 2014 Join us in the Veterans Forum. There are a lot of us fighting regain. You have to do what you were told in the beginning. Tons of Protein, veggies and fruit if you have room.Push the Water. Stay away from carbs. I gain immediately if I let them in my diet, and what is worse, they make you crave more carbs and unhealthy foods.
