Still at 186, but it's been a really lousy week, and the Cookies are chasing me. Sigh...and several have even caught me. I know I can do better this week though!

I'm literally LOL @ "the cookies are chasing me." They are my kryptonite and boy can them suckas run fast ????.

another couple of pounds I'll take it plus I know since I'm only 2 months PostOp I'm in the stretch when my body is still in shock and not fighting against my efforts to lose. 16 months to go before this Honeymoon period end. Working to make lots of healthy routines a habit for life.
