172.8. Yup up 2.8lbs this week, why, well because I let myself slide at three Christmas parties and didn't get any where near my Water requirements. Glad to have this group to keep me honest and back on track. I have to remember my sleeve is just a tool. If I don't use it correctly, this is what happens.

Still at 186, but it's been a really lousy week, and the Cookies are chasing me. Sigh...and several have even caught me. I know I can do better this week though!
