johnsydney 65 Posted October 27, 2014 Thank-you all for sharing this information, it had given me lots of ideas :-) good news for me is that I've lost a few more pounds this week after a long stall then a gain, I'm now 209lb, the lightest I've been in about 20 years! ???????? JCP 619 Posted October 27, 2014 Try not to graze but eat a small amt every 2 hours instead: a small handful of nuts or a slice of cheese are my choices at 7 months and I don't get hungry. Maybe by 11 weeks I can proceed to some slices of fruit or veggies.

wakigrl 1 Posted October 29, 2014 I'm a big fan of Protein Bars, but I can't do the ones that taste like medicine. I love the PowerCrunch chocolate and Peanut Butter fudge bars. They taste like a treat but have 13 grams of Protein.< /p> I also am a big fan of the Nature Vally Protein bars which have 10 grams of protein. I can't really do whey but in this form, it seems to bother me less.
