kenb79 95 Posted October 26, 2014 I was busy around the house and time got away from me. I missed eating and drinking most of the day and most likely pushed it physically helping around the house. Yeah I just feel really tired, achy and just feel like shit. Sincerely, Ken
Katcloudshepherd 630 Posted October 26, 2014 Ken, I did that in the first few months. I had a sudden surge of energy and started doing things and didn't pay attention to getting my Water in. PLEASE let this be a learning experience. Dehydration can be deadly. You're not that far out from surgery so give your body the kindness it deserves. Blessings, Kathleen

auntjanny 289 Posted October 26, 2014 Kathleen is right... Get the Water in and if u start to feel crappy or sad or irritated in the future, grab a water!! Energy comes in spurts. I was bored the first two weeks and then learned it was going to be easier and faster if I took it easy. Drink walk and read this forum!!
