My surgery is dec 2nd also. I'm in grapevine Texas. I start my liquid diet nov 25th. Hope all goes we with your surgery.

That is good to know. I have only told immediate family a few friends and of course supervisor. All are happy for me and supportive. But when I think about the surgery I get sick to my stomach. Is that normal as well?

Any permanent surgery that cannot be reversed can make you nervous. I try to stay focused on the end result of a healthy weight. As was said before everyone you talk to that has had the surgery says they would do it again.

I am Dec. 11- would love to keep up with everyone. I am in Richmond, VA and I start my liver reduction diet the day after Thanksgiving- perfect timing!
