Forsythia 882 Posted October 25, 2014 Tonight I made a lovely dinner - beef short ribs in a red wine reduction. About 30 minutes later, I got sick. I guess the tannins in the wine did not agree with me (I've no issues with white wine). Anyhow, since my delicious dinner is sadly no longer with me, do I count the calories? Kind of an odd question I know, but this has never happened to me before! And the dinner was so good too. *sigh* :-(
Miss Mac 6,262 Posted October 25, 2014 Oh dear, I am so sorry that your new tummy gave your dinner back to you. If it were me, I would not count calories for anything that did not pass on through. Opinions on that may vary.
Forsythia 882 Posted October 25, 2014 I am leaning toward not counting them either. Thanks for the comment.
unsupersizeme 43 Posted October 25, 2014 I measure everything. I eat 1 1/2 oz of meat at meals.
