Panic!

I was 7 pounds away from the 100 #mark, now I'm 9 pounds away! I have officially started to panic. I'm attending a conference this weekend in hopes of getting back my motivation back! I just had to let it out! Not sure my family & friends could understand. I just so afraid of gaining the weight back I have a hard time enjoying my small accomplishments!

keep you head up just continue with the program and maybe try some new exercises to get the scale moving

I understand the fear of gaining weight back. I have gained small amounts and plateaued. I just keep plugging away at what I need to do.

Enjoy and do something special for yourself each time you reach a goal. You have done great things. Keep it up:)
