burdettejj 0 Posted October 23, 2014 I have had a really hard time during this 3 month weight loss program to lose any weight. I know some of it is my fault but not all. Has anyone been approved even though they gained weight during this phase? I'm really nervous and afraid this is going to hold me back! I already drink Protein shakes for Breakfast and lunch but then go home and eat a huge dinner. Help!!!
burdettejj 0 Posted November 3, 2014 Since no one helped me I will let you guys know what happened. I worked really hard and got back down to my original weight prior to my last weighin...YAY!!!! I called the insurance company today who stated they had no received my paperwork yet. I am too anxious and not patient enough! How long does CIG have to answer on an inpatient surgery? Murphysraven 1 Posted November 7, 2014 I am currently in an appeal through Cigna. The plan covers surgery but I was denied for a "pre-existing condition" but it was explained to me the reason why I was denied is that I did not have medical coverage before being added to my husbands medical plan. They will have to pay for it eventually so I don't get why they are making it difficult. My experience is that with Cigna you have to keep checking in an basically hound them to get updated information, they take their sweet time with approvals and giving you updated information. I've been seriously considering Mexico because I am tired of their shit.
vsgchick 117 Posted November 8, 2014 Hey there...I was told Cigna has 30 days to answer. I got approved in 5. Good luck!
Sleevegirl1018 30 Posted December 26, 2014 So, did you get your approval? I gained weight on my second nutritionist visit, but lost some weight by the time I had my 3rd visit. I also have Cigna for insurance so I'm curious as to how it all turned out for you.
