If you have Blue Cross Blue Shield FEP and you were approved for any sort of plastic procedure, what was covered? How much did you end up paying out of pocket? WildGrits 101 Posted October 23, 2014 I don't have BCBS but I found out that my panniculectomy Surgery will be covered next year. When I asked surgeon what covered means they said however much of your Roux en Y was cover is how much of your Panniculectomy will be covered. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
