Almost 6 mo post op and feeling down. Could really use a Buddy/Mentor

I am almost 6 months post op and have lately been feeling down, I have fallen off track a bit and really want to get back on track and be honest and serious about getting to my goal. I just really could use a friend who has been through this and understands without passing judgement on my getting off track but will empower me to get back on the right track to succeed at this. Please if you could be there and help me I truly would appreciate it so much.
