kathy078 17 Posted October 27, 2014 I can eat most anything, chicken, Turkey, and tougher seem to be the easiest. Ground beef, not so much, my stomach hurts for about half hour afterward. I did have tuna in a sandwich a couple of times. Ate a little less than half at lunch. Nibbled on the rest in the afternoon. For Breakfast, eggs are fine and I also have Nature Valley Protein Cereal which has 10 grams of protein. Pork and fish aren't a problem either. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

RedMamaof4 5 Posted October 27, 2014 I did Shepherds Pie with ground pork and sweet potatoes. I've done tilapia a few times. Cheeseburger- no bun. Rolled up sliced chicken with chunks of swiss cheese. Lots of yogurt and cottage cheese. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
