Hi everyone! My surgery will be in Nov, not sure if exact date yet, but i'm thinking the 17th. I'm from Louisiana. Not looking forward to pre-op diet!!????

My sleeve date is 11/5 in Michigan. So excited yet nervous. Having a hard time with the pre-op Meal Replacement "New Direction" because of the taste. What is everyone else using for pre-op?

Is anyone interested in a secret group on Facebook? I find FB easer to use then this app and it would be a great way to keep up with all November sleevers. Also secret groups are completely private so your FB friends will not see anything you post or even know that you are in the group.

Hey all...I am tentatively set for Nov. 20th. The nerves finally are starting to set in and I'm realizing that I need to learn to chew, chew, and chew! The biggest challenge for me will be going from eating fast food daily to eat the same grub as my 10 month old. Good bonding experience...HA!
