I am four days out of lap-band surgery and feeling awesome!!! I have little regrets and liquids are starting to go down nicely. I can feel this was the best choice for me and I am so happy I decided to go through with this. I have recently started a blog and invite everyone to follow it! singskinny.blogspot.ca

Congrats!!!! You sound positive and focused! I am in the waiting period. I should have my surgery sometime in early January.

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.
