itsmekarenlee 129 Posted October 17, 2014 So this exercise thing we have to do is painful both of my knees hurt from it and then some of my other joints are hurting too. Chronicly. I just feel like complaining. Sorry. I just started taking glucosamine chondroitin yesterday even though my stupid bariatric dr said it hasn't been proven to work yet my FP said to go ahead and try and that it could help and many other people have told me it helps them. But I'm not going back to my bariatric dr anymore more for numerous reasons and neglect so screw him. And tylenol doesn't work on me. I don't know what to do. I want to stop exercising so my knees don't hurt anymore. It's funny how you really take your knees for granted until they hurt with everything you do. music1618 879 Posted October 18, 2014 Look into other forms of exercise that are easier on your knees. Water aerobics or cycling are easier on your knees. There is also something called voltren gel. It is a prescription anti inflammatory that goes directly on the joint. I have RA and that is what I use. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
