Introvert 53 Posted November 3, 2014 Hey, Aug 20th... Down 38 lbs and on another stall. I think it's my fault with eating candy. But starting today I'm back on it. I've been setting weekly goals and I think once I get serious again I'll be fine. No problems, I can tolerate everything that goes in except bread. Bread is my enemy... motherof5 364 Posted November 3, 2014 The only heavy carb I added to my diet is the bulgar wheat. I only do 1/4 cup of that. I like the fact that it is versitile. You can have it for any meal. mamita008 1 Posted December 4, 2014 Doing ok had sleeve done August 22 ,2014 ...Lost 35 pounds since but feeling a little discourage especially reading some of these posts.. ayscott74 99 Posted December 4, 2014 @@mamita008 how are you eating? are you eating your Protein first? Make sure to drink lots of Water. I can say I haven't had a stall thank God. I work out 3-4 days a week I eat my protein first. Then my vegetables I eat carbs but I limited it. I make sure I am drinking my water. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
