roundisashape 712 Posted October 16, 2014 In the nutrition class I was in recently, the nutritionist said popcorn, nuts, etc could be added back in gradually once we're on regular solid food. I don't know if it's good for us or not, but not medically disallowed .
auntiemel 275 Posted October 16, 2014 It can be eaten as a treat or out at the movies. But, I wouldn't eat it all the time. We should be able to make healthy food choices and not waste our sleeve space, but even my nut says sometimes you just need a little treat. If we deprive ourselves of a few pieces of popcorn some of us could end up in a tailspin to overeating...not sure how that's even possible as I can barely eat anything lol
Thinkingthinner1109 485 Posted October 16, 2014 I am allowed popcorn too, but I haven't had it yet. I am saving that little treat for the movies. I love it! That's why I have to save it as a treat.
